Visa Credit Card Conversion Information For Current Cardholders
As of April 24, 2023...
Your previous Autotruck Visa Credit Card (i.e. the silver/gray card) is inactive.
Please make sure to activate your new Autotruck Visa Credit Card by calling 800-320-0117.
(Your new Autotruck Visa Credit Card should be blue with the VISA logo.)
You can also establish a PIN for your new card via this number.
Access your card activity online. Login to your account at Online Access and select the eCS (Credit Cards) tab at the top of the screen, as well as via the Services tab.

Once your card has been activated, you will now be able to add the card to CardGuard, and establish controls, alerts, etc via the CardGuard App the same as you have previously with your debit cards. For more details on CardGuard click here: CardGuard

Why am I receiving a new Credit Card?
Autotruck is launching a new Visa Credit Card Program. This change requires that a new card be issued to you.
Will my interest rate change as part of this conversion?
No. Your interest rate and other terms in your account will not be changing.
What is happening to the ScoreCards Rewards Program?
The ScoreCard Rewards program is terminating as described in the 2/24/2023 communication to existing cardholders. Click the link to review: ScoreCard Rewards Program Info. Remember, in order to avoind forfeiting any accumulated ScoreCard Rewards points, you MUST redeem them by May 31, 2023. Watch our website for information regarding new Rewards program offerings.
Will I have a new PIN number so I can access cash with my new credit card?
You may select your unique PIN by calling 800-320-0117, the number on the activation label and choosing the correct option.
My existing card does not expire for quite a while; can I continue using my existing card until expiration?
No. Your existing card will become inactive on April 24, 2023. Instructions will come with your new card to ensure it is ready to use on or after that date.
My spouse and I both have cards, but I only received one card in the mail. Will my spouse be receiving a new card?
Yes, as a security feature, all cards being issued with this conversion will have a unique number and will arrive separately. However, you will continue to receive only one billing statement, regardless of the number of cards on the account.
What do I need to do if I have preauthorized or recurring payments that are tied to my existing Autotruck Visa Credit Card Credit Card?
To ensure there is no interruption with recurring or preauthorized payments (such as monthly utility bills, insurance payments, club dues, etc.) contact the merchant by April 20, 2023 with your new card number and expiration date. Will I need to send my payment to a new location after the conversion?
If mailing a check April-May, please include your payment stub with your check and mail to Autotruck Financial Credit Union, 7651 Jefferson Green Way, Louisville, KY 40219. After April 24, 2023 the permanent mailing address for payments will be: Autotruck Financial Credit Union, P.O. Box 2711 , Omaha, NE 68103-2711. For convenient and easy payments you can also make your Visa payment with Online Access on our web site or the Mobile App by transferring the funds from another account to your Visa Card account.
I set-up my monthly Credit Card payment as an automatic ACH transfer, payroll deduction, or recurring transfer. Do I have to make any changes?
To ensure there is no interruption in automated payments, contact the provider of this service (i.e., another bank or bill pay service) by April 24, 2023, with your new card number and payment address, Autotruck Financial Credit Union, P.O. Box 2711, Omaha, NE 68103-2711.
Will my previous card history transfer to my new card so that I have access to the information if needed?
Your previous card history will be retained for customer service inquiries only. However, you will not be able to access statements/history online after April 24, 2023, so we recommend you save the statements to your computer or print hard copies, before this date.
Will the fraud security alert phone number change?
Yes, the new number will be 833-763-2013. This is the number that will appear on your caller ID if we need to contact you regarding possible fraud activity involving your account.
