As you are aware, a vendor service disruption is causing some systems, including our online and mobile banking access to be currently down. The vendor is aware of the source of the issue and has been working around the clock to restore services.  At this time, we have not been provided an estimated timeline for restoration. The fact that this outage is nearing 48 hours is unacceptable to you, and it is unacceptable to us.  It is well short of the standard of service that you, our members, should be provided.  We are doing everything possible to amplify your voice to the vendor and to advocate for this issue to be repaired as quickly as possible.
