With our audio teller you can obtain information about your Credit Union accounts, 7 days a week from any touch-tone telephone. Just call 502-459-6200 or 800-250-3786.

You must have your account number and PIN to access our audio teller.

E-Statements
Now you can sign up to access to your AFCU statement from your PC. It's the fastest way to get your AFCU statement each month. Once you begin receiving your statement by email you will no longer receive a statement in the mail.

E-Alerts
This service emails you and lets you know if your balance falls below a certain amount, if an ATM transaction has taken place, even if a check has cleared and more. You are able to customize and determine many options for alerts on your account.

BillPay-e Plus
With BillPay-e Plus you can pay recurring bills, make one-time payments and purchase gift checks*. There is no limit to the number of bills you can pay each month. With BillPay-e Plus you will save money on stamps and not have to worry about writing a check. It's fast, easy and best of all - there is no monthly service charge or per-payment fee.To sign up for BillPay-e Plus log into NetBranch and click on the Bill Payments link under the services menu and complete the enrollment form on our secure site. *(gift checks are $2.95 each.)

NetBranch
With NetBranch you have access to information about your AFCU accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through your PC.
Shared Accounts - With shared accounts, you and another member have access to each other's account through Net-Branch. Great for couples and parents.
Copies Of Checks Online - With NetBranch you have the ability to immediately obtain and print a copy of your cancelled checks for free.

Attention NetBranch Users
NetBranch utilizes a new security feature called Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). MFA is a security system that provides an extra level of protection for online data by offering another layer of security to members. MFA helps guard against fraudulent online activities like phishing scams and identity theft. When you enroll, the system will randomly assign you a secret image, which you can change after you log into your account. You will also select a phrase that will appear under the image on our NetBranch page. The combination of the image and the phrase is only known to you and the system. When you see your personalized image and phrase, you can be assured that you are logging on to our actual online account access site. The security system also checks the computer that you are using to access your NetBranch account. If the system doesn’t recognize your computer during a future logon attempt, it will take additional steps to verify your identity.
